United Way of East Central Iowa
Since 2008, Hibu has raised more than $3.4 million dollars for local communities through its United Way campaigns based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and supported by our employees across the country.
Especially for You Race Against Breast Cancer
Hibu is a proud supporter of the Especially for You® Race Against Breast Cancer. Their mission is to raise funds for individuals unable to afford mammograms, other breast-care services, gynecological cancer screenings; and other support services; and to educate individuals on the importance of early detection.

Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America
Hibu employees in our Cedar Rapids office participate yearly in Bowl for Kids' Sake for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
This year we raised $7,350 and had 97 participants. In total, Hibu employees have contributed $65,250 in sponsorship money — and the event has raised $198,073 with 2,076 bowlers since 2008!

United Way Day of Caring
Hibu proudly particpates in the United Way Day or Caring. United Way of East Central Iowa's annual Day of Caring 2024 brought over 1,600 volunteers from 61 corporate volunteer teams. The volunteers completed 145 projects for 50+ organizations for a valued economic impact of $234,430.
Operation Feed
Hibu employees in Central Ohio raised $4,000 last year for Operation Feed of Licking County, which distributed over 4.2 million pounds of emergency food supplies last year through its network of local pantries and social service organizations.
Vista Village
Hibu's Columbus office raised $100,000 over two years to help build Vista Village, a tiny home community offering housing and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, while committing to ongoing involvement through volunteering, professional services, mentoring, and assistance with the community garden.
UMACC
The Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard (UMACC) partners with Hibu employees who dedicate volunteer hours to help fight food insecurity in the Upper Merion community. Through hands-on efforts like packing holiday meals, unloading retail rescue deliveries, and organizing pantry storage, Hibu volunteers play an active role in UMACC’s mission to ensure no neighbor goes hungry and to strengthen the fabric of our community.
