Sales Training


Our award-winning onboarding program helps you master the art of selling at Hibu through a diversified approach of training, developing and coaching. Our initial sales training program has an ideal balance of virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning segments and roleplay practice. After mastering the essentials, the program transitions to hands-on, real-world training and support, where you'll apply your skills and achieve sales success with confidence.

Setting You Up for Success

We outfit our new team members with the perfect balance of training, support and engagement during the critical early days of starting a new career at Hibu. We have a proven approach for selling modern digital tools and a system for identifying our most ideal, long-term clients. We'll make sure you have all of the necessary training and tools to help you share how Hibu can help our clients flourish through a robust Digital Marketing program.

After achieving early success, new sales team members travel to our corporate HQ for Secondary Sales Training, where we add an additional layer of in-person training, peer to peer collaborative conversations, and culture driving events!

Our SST (Secondary Sales Training) is an earned  opportunity reserved for driven sales professionals ready to level up at Hibu. Designed for those who demonstrate early success and a commitment to their craft, SST recognizes strong performance while investing in your continued development. Qualify by hitting your early sales objectives and earn the opportunity to travel to Hibu Headquarters for a few impactful, collaborative, and engaging days focused on sharpening your skills, exchanging best practices, and elevating your growth in your Sales role at Hibu.

LEAD Program

Our LEAD (Leadership Excellence Accelerated Development) program is designed to prepare high-potential employees for their next step into leadership at Hibu. This six-month program is aimed to help participants gain valuable skills, build strong relationships with members of our executive team and form lasting connections with fellow Hibu LEADers from accross the country, setting the stage for long-term success.
